Jade Wikaira (Ngāti Tūwharetoa, Te Whānau-a-Apanui, Te Hikutu) is an environmental planner and policy advisor based in Te Whanganui-a-Tara. She is the founder and Managing Director of Wikaira Consulting, a kaupapa Māori planning consultancy working across Aotearoa with iwi, hapū, central and local government, and private clients.

Jade has over 20 years' experience in resource management, planning, and policy. Her work spans national reform, regional planning, large scale infrastructure development with a particular focus on outcomes for hapū and whānau. She is also an accredited hearings commissioner and leads professional training on Planning for Māori Values with the New Zealand Planning Institute.
