Katie Mayes

Katie has drunk the spatial planning Kool Aid after experiencing the benefits through roles in central government, local government and industry. Katie is a former member of RMLA and now leads a team that identifies what will be needed in the transport system so that we keep people, products and places connected into the future. This includes NZTA’s input to Urban Growth Agenda partnerships for our biggest cities, FDSs and upcoming Regional Deals as well as developing a 30-year investment plan and pipeline for the transport system to provide a longer-term view of what‘s needed across the motu.
