Paul is a wellbeing advocate, coach, artist, and designer and he is on a mission to help break down the stigma around mental health - to help people thrive through the ups and downs of life. Paul uses his creativity alongside common sense to encourage people and communities to elevate the importance of great mental health and fitness.

Paul’s style is authentic and fun and he promotes a proactive approach he calls “awareness to action”

Paul both advisors and speaks to companies over a number of industries, Government agencies and sporting codes. He is also involved with a number of national and regional projects promoting mental health. His artworks, books and resources are enjoyed by people throughout the world and it is ten years since he created his iconic artwork “a mental WOF”.
